Hi! It’s me. Kelly.
I’m a marketing professional who genuinely enjoys the art and strategy behind a great pursuit. There’s something incredibly rewarding about taking complex ideas, tight deadlines, and diverse teams and turning it all into a clear, compelling story that connects with clients.
Over the years, I’ve led and supported proposals from early-stage strategy through final submission, partnering closely with project teams to shape messaging that is not only accurate, but meaningful and memorable. I thrive in the fast-paced, collaborative nature of this work, facilitating kickoff meetings, guiding Go/No-Go conversations, and keeping teams aligned and moving forward without unnecessary noise or meetings.
I’m especially passionate about bringing structure to what can often feel like a chaotic process. Whether it’s building out proposal schedules, coordinating with subject matter experts, or refining content, I focus on creating clarity, accountability, and momentum so teams can do their best work.
I’ve worked on projects of all sizes, ranging from small-scale renovations to large, intricate healthcare facilities. I’ve partnered with top healthcare institutions like University of Washington Medical Center, UC San Diego, Oregon Health & Science University, UCSF, and CommonSpirit Health. Regardless of scope, I bring the same dedication, curiosity, and meticulous attention to every project.
Beyond proposals, I enjoy contributing to the bigger picture, whether that’s developing marketing collateral, tracking new opportunities, or helping teams feel confident and prepared for interviews through thoughtful presentations and materials.
At the core of what I do is a simple goal: to take technical, often complex information and turn it into something clear, engaging, and impactful. I love being the person who helps bring it all together.
While I’ve spent the past three years specializing in healthcare, I’m eager to broaden my experience and explore new sectors where my skills can add value. I’m driven by curiosity and a desire to grow, and I’m always pushing myself to expand both my professional expertise and creative perspective.
